Stoddarts Steel House Frames

The steel house framing division of the Stoddart Group has been managed by our custom ERP package since 2005. When reviewing available options they realised they needed their own package that could complement their own unique processes that had got them to the top of their field. They also needed the hands-on support of a local software company that developed and maintained their own software, as opposed to a local dealer representing a large off-shore vendor.

Primero Profiles

Primero Profiles is another success story, growing at a rapid rate until they were limited by their management systems

Primero has invested heavily in customising and expanding Pulse to cover new areas. We were able to provide cost effective solutions that integrated into the rest of their system, rather than trying to plug in external off-the-shelf packages. One example was a Saels Inbox Management System, which interfaced to their mail server to bring all messaging into Pulse. This allowed emails to be managed across the entire sales team, ensuring nothing was lost and reponse times could be reported on. Quote enquiries can be directed to the appropriate saleperson, and quotes created with the original email attached. All subsequent emails are automatically attached to that quote.
